Start with comparable facts
Real-world expectations are planning inputs, not guaranteed outputs. Manufacturer figures are theoretical maximums. S5 and S76 have no published RFM field range, so a route study or pilot is required before capacity or ROI sizing. Product and workstation values come from the canonical product data and OEM sheets described in source 4 and source 5.

L3 accuracy note
Sproutmation has not deployed an L3. The L3 planning range above is not presented as an L3 customer outcome, deployment, testimonial, or field result. Validate L3 capacity on the buyer's own route.
Facility-type fit
A facility label cannot prove model fit. The route, floor type, clearances, cleaning job, utilities, recovery process, and approved operating windows decide.
Candidate path: L3 or L4 for compact scrub routes; L50 for larger corridors and campuses; S76 where carpet care is in scope.
Validate: Infection-control process, occupied-hour acceptance, sound acceptance, doorway and equipment clearance, utilities, elevators, and recovery response.
Candidate path: L4 or L50 for recurring hard-floor routes; L3 for compact candidates; SP50 or S5 for dry debris; S76 for carpet routes.
Validate: Bell/event schedules, seasonal clutter, floor transitions, gyms, elevators, overnight access, and custodial response ownership.
Candidate path: L3/L4 for tighter public hard floors, L50 for larger open zones, SP50 for dry sweeping, and S76 for carpet programs.

Transparent ROI math
This example uses the current BLS national median as a public benchmark, a visible labor-load assumption, the L4 RFM weighted planning rate, one compatible CWS-01, and an annual consumables allowance. Replace every input with site-specific facts.
Capacity check: the 175,000 ft² weekly plan is below the 186,660 ft² modeled weekly capacity. If a selected fleet cannot cover the entered work, reduce the addressable value by the capacity coverage percentage.
Why ISSA is cited but not substituted for robot telemetry
ISSA recommends workloading by task and production rate, and notes that site variables matter; it treats published times as benchmarks and encourages building-specific studies. This guide follows that method, then uses qualified RFM planning expectations for models that have them. It does not turn an ISSA benchmark or OEM maximum into a promised field result. See sources 2 and 3.

Annual consumables
This is a Sproutmation planning allowance—not a fixed price, supplier cost, or quote. It keeps consumables visible in ROI instead of pretending ongoing operating cost is zero.
RaaS, Cenoflex, and purchase all leave consumables customer-purchased unless a final signed proposal explicitly says otherwise.
Commercial structure
Do not compare monthly numbers without comparing ownership, term, service, station, and exclusions. The signed proposal and agreement control.
Ownership: Customer owns the equipment.
Payment: Published starting purchase price is a planning anchor; compatible stations, options, tax, site work, and final deployment scope are separate unless the quote says otherwise.
Service: Confirm warranty, preventive maintenance, software, support, and deployment scope in the final quote.
Ownership: Sproutmation retains ownership during the published 24-month term.
Payment: Robot-only monthly anchor plus a separately named station add-on when required. Qualification and the final agreement control.
Service: Robot, deployment, training, preventive maintenance, parts, labor, fleet software, and support are included. Consumables are customer-purchased.
Ownership: Lease-to-own structure.
Payment: Payment varies by term and credit qualification; final rate, payment, equipment, and options are confirmed in the proposal.
Service: Extended warranty and preventive maintenance are not included. Confirm deployment, software, and support scope separately.
Deployment checklist
With the compatible workstation, required site utilities, route recovery, and proper scheduling, autonomous robots can add overnight, weekend, and holiday cleaning capacity while staff are elsewhere or off shift. That additive capacity can be valuable even when no position is eliminated. It is not uninterrupted 24/7 operation, and it depends on the conditions above.
