1. Manufacturer Warranty Coverage
Most products sold by Sproutmation are covered by the original manufacturer's warranty.
- Warranty terms vary by manufacturer and product line.
- Cenobots products include a 2-year limited warranty for parts only.
- When no other warranty is specified, the standard default is a 1-year parts warranty.
- Warranty coverage typically applies to defects in materials and workmanship under normal use.
2. What Warranty Covers
- Defects in materials and workmanship.
- Component failures under normal operating conditions.
- Parts replacement for covered defects.
3. What Warranty Does Not Cover
- Labor costs for installation, repair, or replacement.
- Damage from misuse, abuse, or negligence.
- Damage from unauthorized modifications or repairs.
- Normal wear and tear.
- Consumables such as filters, brushes, belts, and similar items.
- Damage from environmental conditions, including floods, fire, lightning, and power surges.
- Shipping costs for warranty returns unless otherwise stated.
4. Warranty Claims Process
- Contact Sproutmation support to initiate a claim.
- Provide proof of purchase, such as an invoice or serial number.
- Describe the defect or failure in detail.
- Sproutmation will coordinate with the manufacturer.
- Manufacturers reserve the right to repair or replace products at their discretion.
5. Extended Warranty Options
- Extended warranty plans may be available for select products.
- Contact sales@sproutmation.com for availability and pricing.
- Extended warranties must be purchased at the time of sale or within 30 days of delivery.
