Support commitments you can plan around

Sproutmation supports the machine after go-live instead of treating deployment as the end of the project. Response commitments below describe initial support and target onsite timing; they are not guaranteed repair-completion times.

Standard staffed hours and remote triage are defined in writing.
Preventive maintenance is available to reduce avoidable emergency visits.
Qualifying RaaS customers have a defined long-downtime loaner policy.

Staffed remote support

Standard support hours are Monday–Friday, 8:00 a.m.–5:00 p.m. Central. Sproutmation provides an initial phone or remote response and triage within four business hours for supported locations.

Twin Cities onsite support

Same-day onsite support is available for Twin Cities locations within approximately 50 miles during standard service conditions. Scheduling still depends on when the issue is reported, issue severity, technician availability, and safe site access.

Regional onsite response

Locations outside the local radius, including supported locations in Iowa, Wisconsin, and North Dakota within practical four-hour driving coverage, have an onsite target of one to three business days depending on severity.

Remote resolution and training

Mapping and software issues can generally be handled remotely when reliable internet access is available. Maintenance and usage training can generally be handled by phone or video call. An onsite visit may still be required when hardware, connectivity, or site conditions prevent remote resolution.

RaaS continuity

For qualifying RaaS customers, a similar or operationally equivalent loaner applies when expected repair downtime exceeds two weeks, subject to machine availability and delivery logistics.

After-hours and emergency support

Outside standard hours, including weekends, texts and emails receive an initial response within one day. Emergency and out-of-state onsite response is subject to technician, parts, and travel availability; the response commitment is not a guaranteed resolution time.

Level 1 support coverage is based in Cedar Falls, Iowa and Schaumburg, Illinois. Customers also receive 24/7 self-service access to CenoBots app resources, instructions, and training videos. Scheduled preventive maintenance is available to reduce avoidable emergency visits.

How do I know which CenoBots model fits through our routes?

Can CenoBots robots operate while a building is occupied?

CenoBots models use LiDAR, cameras or depth sensing, bumper sensors, and model-specific navigation hardware for live perception. What happens when an obstacle blocks the cleaning route?
