Can a robot operate while shoppers or store staff are present?

Potentially, but only after site assessment and acceptance testing. Traffic, temporary displays, carts, children, deliveries, approved speeds, and store policies all affect the operating window.

Does one robot handle hard floors, carpet, and receiving debris?

Not necessarily. L3, L4, and L50 are hard-floor scrubbers. The SP50 is an indoor dry sweeper and carpet vacuum. The S5 is the stronger candidate for suitable larger dry debris in warehouse-style or receiving environments.

Does a robot replace the custodial team?

No. A robot can add repeatable floor-care capacity on approved routes. People still prepare routes, handle exceptions and spills, clean detailed or inaccessible areas, inspect results, and maintain the equipment.

Can we use our existing cleaning chemical?

Chemical compatibility, concentration, dispensing, floor finish, and site requirements must be confirmed during deployment. Do not assume every existing chemical is suitable.
